Janice Sparks is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic consulting, public health, and aging services. She has directed nationwide initiatives to address social drivers of health, collaborated with community-based organizations to improve health care outcomes, and secured over $11 million in grant funding to support innovative programs. Janice holds a PhD in Gerontology and has co-developed frameworks to advance community advisory boards and innovation strategies. Her dedication to improving medical and non-medical services and impactful program design is reflected in her work with organizations like the Houston Health Department, Spring Street Exchange, and the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging. She currently serves as the director of CATCH Community Care Hub.
